- No Health Insurance? No Problem. While we accept most major insurance, many patients may have lost their jobs, are between employment, or may choose to pay cash for their healthcare needs.
- We are pleased to offer all our services on a cash basis. We realize that financial stress comes in many forms, and we will make every effort to accommodate patients in need where possible.
- Please contact us at (214) 618-3750 for Discounted Cash Rates on our services. Cash payment will be required at the time of service.

- List of Known Medical Allergies & Reaction
- Patient Forms
If your insurance plan requires that you have a referral from your primary care physician, please try to obtain one before your appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any forms. We strive to stay on schedule and respect your time. New patients may require as much as 60 minutes for their initial evaluation depending on their condition.
Print, fill out, and bring in your completed New Patient Forms or fax them to our office. This step will save time at your initial visit!
We provide foot and ankle emergency care* 24 hours per day.
Dr. Dobry may be available after-hours and on weekends, if necessary, for acute traumatic care.
In the event of an emergency or injury, you can reach Dr. Dobry by calling our office (214) 618-3750 and leaving a detailed message with your contact information.
Same Day Appointments may be available.
